Cyberbullying can impact youth in many ways, the most serious of which is an increased risk for suicidal thoughts and behaviors. To prevent suicide risk among teens, we will develop a digital intervention to aid coping in the moment that youth experience cyberbullying. Because of increased rates of cyberbullying among LGBTQ+ youth, this study will offer resources and support specifically for LGBTQ+ youth. If effective, this study could fill a critical gap in suicide prevention services, especially for LGBTQ+ youth.
